Chicago-North Romance Writers of America® is an incorporated chapter of Romance Writers of America®.
Our mission is to support published and unpublished writers in an atmosphere of integrity, harmony, and peace. We encourage our fellow writers with unconditional support, incisive critiques and a professional network.
We meet at the Des Plaines Public Library on the second Monday of the month from 6:30 - 9:00 pm for group critiques.
The last Monday of the month we meet at the Arlington Heights Historical Society for our program night (7:00 to 10:00 pm).
Please note that meeting dates are subject to change due to holidays.
Guests are free to attend two meetings without obligation to join the group. Most new members join at a meeting, where they will receive a welcoming packet from our committee chair.
