Cancellation Policy:* You must notify the registrar ASAP via email at cnrwa-treasurer@chicagonorthrwa.org. Cancellations received by March 15, 2012, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations received after March 15, 2012. Hotel rooms at the Chicago Marriott Northwest are $89 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes).
